ORDER POLICY

Order,  Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through the registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only. Shipping cost is as per actuals to be paid by the buyers ( based on the courier service provider). ( Approx Shipping Cost for Paintings : Rs. 4,000 to 7,500 and for Art Illustrations : Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 2,500)

For domestic buyers (INDIA), orders are shipped through registered/reputed domestic courier companies. Shipping cost is as per actuals to be paid by the buyers ( based on the courier service provider). ( Approx Shipping Cost for Paintings : Rs. 2,500 to 5,000 and for Art Illustrations : Rs. 500 to Rs. 800)

Orders are shipped within 10 Working Days from the date of order confirmation & payment. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as explicitly specified at the time of Order. 

We ensure the packing of the painting/illustration is up to high standards so as to avoid any damages at the time of shipment. We take high priorities for safe delivery of the paintings / illustrations. We deal with only reputable and trusted courier services.

PACKAGING POLICY:

Packing is done in multiple layers.

Materials include – Bubble wrap, corrugated sheet, cardboards, paper, additional cushioning material and water proofing polythene sheets wrappers

We will send six pictures and a complete video of the paintings / Illustration while its being packed for your reference

Details of the courier services will be shared with the DOC tracking number
